a) Contact form - when you contact us via the /kontakt form, we process your first and last name, email address, company name (optional), message content and IP address (spam protection). Purpose: handling your inquiry and preparing an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling your inquiry).

b) Google Analytics 4 - website traffic measurement (device type, approximate location, on-site behavior, referral source). Only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

c) Vercel Analytics - basic, anonymous operational analytics (visit counts, page performance) without cookies or personal identifiers. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics) - transferred to the US under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Vercel Inc. (hosting, Vercel Analytics) - US, under the same framework.

Supabase (storage of contact form submissions).

We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, generally up to 2 years from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established - in which case standard contractual/accounting retention periods apply.

Google Analytics data is retained per the service’s configuration, generally 14 months.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing.
